We want every student to feel confident enrolling with CJLOG Academy. This policy explains when tuition is refundable.
Registration fee (₦5,000)
The registration fee is non-refundable once your application has been processed. It covers admissions review, onboarding materials and platform access.
Tuition — before classes begin
- Withdraw ≥ 7 days before your cohort start date: 80% refund
- Withdraw within 7 days of start date: 50% refund
Tuition — after classes begin
- Withdraw within Week 1: 30% refund
- Withdraw after Week 1: no refund; you may defer to the next cohort once
Deferrals
Students may request a one-time deferral to the next cohort at no extra charge, subject to availability.
How to request
Email refunds@cjlogacademy.ng from the account used for enrollment. Refunds are processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.
