These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the CJLOG Academy website, campus programs, and online portals ("Services"). By using our Services you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be 16 years of age or older to enroll. Applicants under 18 require a parent or guardian's written consent.
2. Applications & enrollment
A non-refundable ₦5,000 registration fee is required to submit an application. Enrollment is confirmed only when tuition has been received and an admissions officer has approved your application.
3. Payments
All payments are processed in Nigerian Naira (₦) via our authorised payment provider. Receipts are available in your student portal.
4. Intellectual property
All course materials, curricula and brand assets are the property of CJLOG Academy and may not be reproduced without written permission.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse our Services or attempt to access them by any means other than the interface we provide. Ethical hacking coursework is strictly for authorised, in-lab environments.
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to any portion of the Services for violation of these Terms or our Code of Conduct.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Nigerian law, CJLOG Academy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the Services.
